  • Follow up on rejections and re-submit where applicable
  • Patient follow-up as per professional credit control
  • Regular reports from Medi-Tel to therapist / doctor
  • Daily backups of customers data that resides on Medi-Tel premises
  • Professional conduct towards patients to avoid any possible damage to therapist or doctor relationship
  • Monthly reports as per:
    • Turnover reports
    • Transaction analysis
    • Summarised age analysis
  • We follow up as from 60 days about the outstanding accounts, either with the medical aid or by contacting the patient
  • Accounts are sent on a monthly basis, via email. An account should be regarded as finalized if it is paid in full or ordered by the client to be regarded as bad debt.
